Fresh & Dried Flowers

Flowers cannot be shipped and are only delivered locally in the Newcastle area.

Please leave any special delivery instructions, eg if apartment is listed; instruction for access. If no instructions are left and we will leave flowers in the safest place available. If there is no safe place to leave the flower redelivery will be attempted after contacting the sender. This is at an additional delivery fee. 

Once flowers are delivered they are in the care of the recipient. 

Flowers will be delivered on Friday between 12pm - 4pm. Flowers are wrapped for protection and in water however we recommend they not be left in the elements for an extended period of time. 

The billing contact will receive an email from us once flowers have been delivered.

Flower Returns 

Remember your flowers are alive and dainty, so for longevity please follow the care instructions found in Care tips under the Information tab. Cut flower lifespan varies according to flower species, often anywhere from 3 to 10 days. The fleeting nature of flowers is part of their beauty!  

 All flowers fresh and dried are final sale. If you have a quality claim please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery and keep your flowers for us to assess to receive a replacement.  

Other Products

Shipping Australia wide is available for most other products. 

All orders sent via post will use tracked postage and can be tracked via the australia post website.  Posted orders will arrive in the timeframe as per Australia Post’s standard delivery times, according to the method you have selected at the check out. ie, express or standard shipping.

You will be sent confirmation once your products have been shipped. 


Valenteen products that are unused may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please have your proof of purchase for this exchange to be possible. If you are exchanging your item via postage it is the customers responsibility to send the item using tracked mail. Please be aware that postage costs for your new exchanged item will apply.


If your item is faulty we will replace it for you and if this isn't possible, you may select another item of the same value or a refund will be given. If your item was delivered via post and it is faulty all postage costs to supply a replacement will be covered by Valenteen.
