Deliveries, Shipping and Returns
Delivery for fresh flowers is available in the local Newcastle area; this is all suburbs in the Newcastle City council zone.
If you're looking for fresh flower delivery outside the local zone please send an inquiry in the contact form to see if we can make it to your area.
As a boutique, small batch florist fresh flower orders need to be made at least one day prior to desired delivery day. For wedding florals please allow one week for creation.
Pick up from maker store & studio is available Wednesday 10am - 4pm to Sunday 10am - 2pm
When purchasing please note your desired delivery date and any special instructions in the text box. If you live in a unit or apartment please leave instructions for access.
Fresh flowers will be delivered to the address noted in the shipping address section at the checkout.
Any special instructions noted will be followed, if no instructions are left and no one is at home we will leave your florals in the safest place available.
Once flowers are delivered they are in your care.
You will receive an email from us when it has been delivered.
Remember your flowers are alive and dainty, so for longevity please follow the care instructions attached to your bouquet. These instructions can also be found in the ‘Flower Care’ page on the website. Normal cut flower lifespan if cared for correctly can be from 5 to 10 days varying according to flower species.
All flowers fresh and dried are final sale. If you have a quality claim please contact us within 24 hours of your pick-up or delivery and your flowers must be kept for a replacement.

Shipping Australia wide is available for most other products, with the exclusion of particularly breakable pieces. For these fragile pieces free local pick up from maker store & studio is available.
All orders sent via post will use tracked postage and can be tracked via the australia post website. Posted orders will arrive in the timeframe as per Australia Post’s standard delivery times, according to the method you have selected at the check out. ie, express or standard shipping.
You will be sent confirmation once your products have been shipped.
Valenteen products that are unused may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase for this exchange to be possible. If you are exchanging your item via postage it is the customers responsibility to send the item using tracked mail. Please be aware that postage costs for your new exchanged item will apply.
If your item is faulty we will replace it for you and if this isn't possible, you may select another item of the same value or a refund will be given. If your item was delivered via post and it is faulty all postage costs to supply a replacement will be covered by Valenteen.
