Deliveries, Shipping and Returns
FRESH FLOWERS DELIVERY ZONES:
Delivery for fresh flowers is available on Fridays. Delivery zones are 10klm, 15klm and 20klm from Newcastle. See map below to select the right area.
If you're looking for fresh flower delivery outside the local zone please send an inquiry in the contact form to see if we can make it to your area.
As a boutique, small batch florist fresh flower orders need to be made by Thursday evening.
When purchasing please note any special words for the note card.
If you live in a unit or apartment please leave instructions for access.
Fresh flowers will be delivered to the address noted in the shipping address section at the checkout.
DELIVERY ON FRIDAY:
Any special instructions noted will be followed, if no instructions are left and no one is at home we will leave your florals in the safest place available.
Once flowers are delivered they are in your care. You will receive an email from us when it has been delivered.
Remember your flowers are alive and dainty, so for longevity please follow the care instructions;
Remove the paper wrap protecting your flowers, leaving the binding that holds the bouquet together intact to maintain the shape and design. Re-cut the stems 2cm on an angle with sharp scissors and place into water immediately. Keep your vase clean; change the water and re-cut stems every 2-3 days to prolong the life of your blossoms. Remove any dead flower heads or leaves from the bouquet. Keep out of direct sunlight and drafts of hot or cool air. Cut flower lifespan varys according to flower species, often anywhere from 3 to 10 days.

All flowers fresh and dried are final sale. If you have a quality claim please contact us within 24 hours of your pick-up or delivery and your flowers must be kept for a replacement.
OTHER STORE PRODUCTS POSTAGE:
Shipping Australia wide is available for most other products.
All orders sent via post will use tracked postage and can be tracked via the australia post website. Posted orders will arrive in the timeframe as per Australia Post’s standard delivery times, according to the method you have selected at the check out. ie, express or standard shipping.
You will be sent confirmation once your products have been shipped.
Valenteen products that are unused may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please have your proof of purchase for this exchange to be possible. If you are exchanging your item via postage it is the customers responsibility to send the item using tracked mail. Please be aware that postage costs for your new exchanged item will apply.
If your item is faulty we will replace it for you and if this isn't possible, you may select another item of the same value or a refund will be given. If your item was delivered via post and it is faulty all postage costs to supply a replacement will be covered by Valenteen.
