We are a unique retail store that collaborates many sole traders & makers under one roof. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless they are fall under the category below:
- Items are faulty or irreparable
- Faulty items will be assessed & repaired in most cases
- Exchange may be made on stock items at your own expense if item is the wrong size and exchange size is in stock, please read our size guidelines & measure yourself before placing your order.
- Exchanges on change of mind & new size will only be accepted within 14 days of shipment date.
- Exchange items must be in an unworn and unwashed state with all tagging still attached.
